We are Xenia & Arnd

Xenia is a German lawyer and advises German clients in Palma on buying property in Mallorca. Together with the Mallorcan lawyer Gabriel Nadal-Fortuny she makes sure that you do not fall on your face when buying your dream property on Mallorca. Xenia studied law in Düsseldorf, passed her exams at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, but was born in Munich. She lived there most of the time and still loves the capital of pretzels very much and occasionally misses them. As a skier, she also loves real winters.

Unlike Arnd, who then sits freezing and grumbling in the shady valley. Xenia likes to be on the beach, Arnd rather not. He prefers to stay in Mallorca and buy properties to renovate and rent out with his team. Or with Xenia, with whom he has already carried out several Interior projects together. Both love city trips and like to get inspiration on short trips in interesting hotels.

His company Predator SL is based in Portixol, which is also where most of his projects are. Arnd was born in Essen, grew up in Wülfrath (between Wuppertal and Essen), moved to Hanover at the age of 18, started a bank apprenticeship and business studies there briefly but dropped out after three months each. Instead, he continued to work on his own business, which eventually became notebooksbilliger.de. In Germany moved x times, including Karlsruhe, Leipzig, Potsdam, Berlin, Dresden … But actually he always wanted to Mallorca.

Arnd loves food, even exotic food. And also looks like this. Xenia loves fillet of beef with french fries, burrata or even a good parmigiana. For them, however, it is completely absurd to have to endure multi-course meals.

Xenia and Arnd are married. Xenia and Arnd got married in Potsdam in a civil ceremony and in a church in Mallorca.
